Dr Wilson Tay is the Founder & Principal Consultant of MindQuest Consulting & Coaching, and currently a Director of Vistage Malaysia and CEO Coach. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Chairman of two Malaysia Companies listed on SGX Catalist.

His professional, academic, commercial career and work experience spans across 45years. In Malaysia, he previously held the following leadership position: Dean and Professor of Management, Faculty of Business, INTI International University. CEO of MIM, VP of Multimedia Development Corp. (MDec), COO & Chairman of TMS Bhd. and CEO/ED of TEC Asia Centre Sdn. Bhd., etc.

Appointed by MITI Minister as member of TRF on Human Resources, IMP3, the Chairman of the Taskforce on Malaysia’s Workforce Competency and Competitiveness, and advisor to GCEHC.

In Australia, he worked for Curtin University of Technology, PWC, Murdoch University, CRA Exploration Ltd, Dampier Salt Limited, CRA Limited (now RTZ Australia) and AGWA.
