About Us
FOUNDING HISTORY
MindQuest Consulting & Coaching was founded by Dr Wilson Tay in 2005 when he was frequently requested to take on assignments to help transform and turnaround organizations and companies which are in operational and financial difficulties. These opportunities led him to take on assignments both in Australia and Asia.
These assignments carried out included work for the Art Gallery of Western Australia, Dampier Salt Limited and Rio Tinto Ltd in Australia. In Malaysia, the companies included the MDeC, Malaysian Institute of Management, Alfa College, Asia Metropolitan University.
The practice which was led by Dr Wilson Tay was also involved in executive coaching of CEOs and Entrepreneurs. Many of these senior management leaders who were transitioning to take up the CEO positions in their respective companies or succeeding their fathers to take over the reign of the family business.
