He has an extensive background in cultivating repeat customer loyalty and resolving complex challenges for both customers and staff. As a skilled administrator, Kumaran has managed staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and development, showcasing his dedication to operational excellence and outstanding customer experiences.
Currently, Kumaran is actively engaged in training programs and consultancy work, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness and achieving high service standards in various industries.
Kumaran’s experience has been further enhanced by his involvement with a project team of internal auditors towards achieving ISO standards, HACCP and Green Environment Management. He comes from a Customer Relationship Management and Marketing background which began in the Hospitality industry and within the resort industry.
